Packing tape is the most consumed item on any packaging list, so even a small difference in quality turns into real losses in shipping. Alipack tape is made with a water-based acrylic adhesive on a BOPP carrier film: it grips corrugated board fast, does not ooze in heat and does not crack in the cold.
Clear tape seals without covering labels and print; tan (havana) tape blends in on kraft boxes and hides the bonding surface. Coloured tapes are used to separate product groups, priorities or shipping zones in the warehouse.

Questions about packing tape
FAQShould I choose clear or tan packing tape?
If the box carries labels, barcodes or print, clear tape seals without covering them. On kraft (brown) boxes tan tape looks neater. Both types have the same adhesion.
Does acrylic packing tape hold in the cold?
Acrylic adhesive is resistant to temperature changes and does not yellow over time. If you work in very cold storage, write to us and we will recommend the right type for your conditions.
Can I buy packing tape wholesale?
Yes. Packing tape ships in 6-roll packs and full cartons. Send us the quantity, width and colour you need and we will quote the same day.
